What the service does

Stellashop reads data from a shop you connect and gives you a short daily list of suggested improvements, plus a health score. It is a decision-support tool: you stay in control, and every change to your shop happens only after you confirm it.

Your account

You are responsible for the email account used to sign in, and for the shops you connect. You must own or be authorized to manage any shop you connect. Do not use the service to access a shop you do not have the right to manage.

Subscription and billing

• The plan costs $19.99/month or $119/year, billed in advance through Stripe.
• 14-day money-back guarantee: ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Fees charged by Etsy for actions you confirm (for example, a listing renewal fee) are paid by you to Etsy and are not part of your subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, use it to violate Etsy’s policies, or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that do.

Relationship with Etsy

Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. We access Etsy data only through Etsy’s official, documented Open API v3 with your explicit authorization, and we follow Etsy’s API Terms of Use. Your use of Etsy remains governed by your agreement with Etsy. If Etsy changes or restricts its API, parts of the service may change accordingly.

No guarantee of results

Suggestions are based on your shop’s data and general best practice. We cannot promise specific increases in views, orders, or revenue — search ranking is controlled by Etsy and depends on many factors outside our control.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement if these terms are breached. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
