- Disconnect a shop — stops all data collection for that shop immediately.
- Delete my data — removes your account, shops, tokens and history. Email us and we confirm within 30 days.
- Refund — within 14 days of your first payment, we refund in full, no questions asked.
- Billing or subscription changes — cancel or switch plans any time.
